Who we are.  We are a chain of unisex beauty salons with a presence across India, offering a variety of beauty and hair services like haircuts, styling, bridal makeup, manicures, and pedicures.

What we collect. When you submit our Meta Instant Form, we collect name, mobile number, selected service (male/female), preferred day/time, and any messages you add.

Why we collect it. To confirm your appointment, share voucher/package/discount codes, send reminders about appointment, and communicate service updates or limited offers related to your booking.

How we process. Your data flows from Meta Lead Ads into our tools. We use it only for the purposes stated above.

Sharing. We do not sell personal data. We may share it with service providers strictly to deliver bookings/messages (Meta Platforms, Google LLC, our automation/messaging providers) under confidentiality and data-processing terms.

Retention. We keep lead data for [e.g., 12 months] for booking history and offer follow-ups, then delete or anonymise unless law requires longer retention.

Your choices & rights. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time and request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us at +91-9285123451. If you withdraw consent before a booking is confirmed, we will stop processing except where required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data.
